Website Design: We create a straightforward, landing page or scrolling layouts featuring 2–3 sections, using the content you supply. These designs are clean, modern, and easy to navigate.
Tech Device Setup or Cleanup: A maximum of 3 hours to refresh your devices for peak performance.

How is my data kept secure? Your privacy is our priority. We only access necessary data and delete temporary files after service. Your information is never shared.
What if I don’t know the issue? No worries! We’ll ask questions to diagnose the problem and guide you through the next steps.
How long will it take? Simple issues are often resolved within a couple of hours, while complex ones may take 2-3 business days. We’ll provide an estimate after assessment.
Do you keep my data? No, all temporary data is securely deleted once the service is complete.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfers and cash. A 50% deposit is required for jobs expected to take two or more hours to complete, with the balance due upon completion.
What devices do you support? We work with Mac and Windows systems but don’t support phones, tablets, or gaming consoles.
Do you repair hardware? We focus on software support and system optimisation. For hardware repairs, we can recommend trusted specialists.
Do you travel for repairs? We don’t usually travel for jobs, but we're based at The Orchard Business & Event Hub in Whangārei CBD. We’re also planning sessions in Auckland CBD - stay tuned!
